This past March my good buddy Tanya and I went to Kenya. It was really cool and we both came back with loads of pictures (and teeming with exotic diseases). However, I am the only one who has gotten my act together to make this lovely page. Many points for me. Anyhow, here are some of our most exciting moments. As you can see, Africa has many animals. Cows, goats and sheep mostly, but some others as well... |

By far the coolest animal in Africa is the WILDEBEEST. Our guide, Jason, tried to tell me that they were stupid, but I wouldn't believe him. I just sat back and marveled at their excellence. |

I must say that I liked RHINOCEROSES a lot. They're so prehistoric and very serene. Interesting bit of trivia: Either the white rhino or the black rhino, I can't remember which, has a prehensile lip. That in and of itself is reason to treat them with respect. |

The other thing that I noticed about rhinoceroses is that they don't really do anything. At least when I saw them, they were just standing there and existing. It seems like their very purpose is to blend in well with the colors around them. |

Oh my goodness. I nearly forgot to include this ZEBRA. This picture was taken while driving down what must be one of the bumpiest roads ever. I nearly barfed, I swear. I wonder why no horses have stripes? |

We only saw one TORTOISE the whole time we were there. |
